About iniciative

Light forUkraine is European initiative to rebuild Ukraine’s scientific capacity through access to research infrastructures, community development, and strategic international collaboration.

Bringing together European research infrastructures, policymakers, and the Ukrainian scientific community, the initiative supports both immediate access to advanced facilities and the long-term reconstruction of a resilient research and innovation system. Light for Ukraine is implemented as a coordinated contribution of European photon (LEAPS) and neutron (LENS) research infrastructures, aligned with the international coalition established by the European Commission.
